HAG Capisco 8126 Chair

The Capisco 8126 features a fully upholstered backrest and square seat for those who prefer a traditional seat shape to their office chair.

Full height adjustment from sitting to standing positions whether working at a standard desk height or higher standing desk.

The Capisco chair boasts:-

Easy adjustment of height, seat depth, back adjustment and tilt tension
Inspires movement and new sitting positions – forwards, sideways and backwards
Encourages an upright sitting posture and a natural curvature in the lower back
Suitable for all working surfaces with a height of 72cm and higher

Gas Lift Height Options

Choosing the correct gas lift height

Sit on your current chair with your feet flat on the floor and knees slightly lower than your pelvis. Measure the distance from the ground to the top of the seat – this is your seat height.

Each gas lift option has a minimum and maximum seat height. Your measurement will fall within one of the ranges.

150mm gas lift = 417-547mm
200mm gas lift = 470-655mm
265mm gas lift = 555-810mm

HAG gas lifts are measured at the centre of the seat with a load of 64kg, so it’s essential to measure your seat height while sitting on the chair.

Aluminum base features grooved foot plates. Available in three gas lift heights 150, 200 and 265mm with up to 25cm seat height adjustment.

Seat Foam

Combustion Modified High Resilient (CMHR) foam is a legal requirement used when the strictest fire code standards are necessary for example in hotel lobbies, hospitals, schools, public transport and home environments. The foam has a high density and as a result, a firmer feel when sitting.

Standard foam is certified for seating in commercial/corporate office environments.

Xtreme is a crepe fabric made for 100% recycled polyester that has a high flammability performance. Extra stretch and structure gives an irregular, shiny finish. Full colour range can be seen here.

Select is a classic woollen upholstery fabric with superior durability and excellent stretch, highly suitable for heavy use environments – 85% New Zealand wool / 15% polyamide. Full colour range can be seen here.

Capture is a lightly felted and multi-coloured wool fabric, combining softness, stretch and strength. Fusing light and dark colours in a melange pattern that add a richness and depth to the design – 85% wool/15% polyamide. Full colour range can be seen here

Note is a soft fabric which with its classic satin structure, allows the wool’s natural lustre to shine and impress –85% wool/ 15% polyamide. Full colour range can be seen here.

Patina has a high content of natural fibres, combining wool and flux for a delicate feel. – 69% wool/22% flux/8% polyamide/1% viscose. Full colour range can be seen here
